Job Description

Veritude is hiring for a Communications Manager for Fidelity Investments in Boston MA.

The Internal Communications Manager within Fidelity Personal Investing will work closely with the Head of Personal Investing Communications and the broader Communications team to support a large-scale change management program. You will work closely with communications colleagues and business partners to plan and execute communications programs tied to change management, employee engagement, and overall knowledge sharing.

The Value You Deliver

  • Serve as key tactician for delivering BU and senior leader communications that have impact and purpose
  • Develop BU and senior leader communications collateral including  blogs, social media posts, videos, presentations, talking points, emails, and memorandums to achieve communication objectives
  • Consult with senior leaders on a regular basis to accelerate and execute key communications programs
  • Manage select executive communications programs, including content development and execution
  • Support the communications components of strategic events, including live events and digitally-based forums

How Your Work Impacts the Organization

You work as part of a team to help advance a critical change management program for Fidelity Personal Investing and its leadership team, including the president of Personal Investing.  This role will be important to help drive forward a large, ambitious, and creative internal communications program that is highly visible with senior leadership.
