Job Description

Veritude is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager for Fidelity Investments that will be responsible for the email marketing automation that promotes products and services offered by the company.  This position will be based out of Boston (World Trade Center), MA.

The Campaign Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing organization by accurately targeting clients and prospects, designing and creating automated campaign scripts and execution against email campaigns. This role plays an integral part in bringing Fidelity Clearing and Custody’s message to the marketplace through the email channel.


  • Work directly with the Marketing team to coordinate targeting, scheduling, and execution of email campaigns
  • Independently creates workflows to identify and extract targeted clients, developing new techniques and learning how to use new features of the tool as needed
  • Creates triggered workflows that run autonomously; creates test plans and strategies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of these workflows
  • Influence campaign design by ensuring we are targeting the right people, with the right message at the right time
  • Proactively develops expertise on tools, information sources, and industry best practices in order to continually improve service levels
  • Play a key role in the transition to Marketing automation and personalization

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience specifically with some form of Digital Marketing Cloud tool (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, HP, etc.)   
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing MS Software tools in a corporate setting (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • At least 1 year of experience translating business requirements into technical workflow creation
  • Experience monitoring results to identify trends and influence efficiencies
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Experience problem solving with data, analysis and identifying connections 
  • Experience in a role that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity and/or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
