Job Description

Veritude is looking for an HR Associate at Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Merrimack, NH.

The HR Associate role will assist with scheduling, site logistics and reporting for all Welcome Meetings and New Hire Orientation webinars across the company, as well as act as “Back Up” facilitator for both MMK Welcome Meetings.  The HR Associate will also assist in ER voicemail management.

In addition, this person will assist in updating and revising all Welocme Meeting content used by Fidelity regions. This person will be a point of contact for all site Orientation coordinators and Welcome Meeting facilitators.

The role reports to the Director, ER Service Developmnet and Program Management. The role will support and assist with ER Service offerings as well as ER Projects handled by the Service Development and Program Management Team.


  • Manage the scheduling, site logistics, Welcome Meeting facilitators, welcome kit distribution/ tracking and catering for all sites.   
  • Assist in production of ER Training survey data and Orientation survey results reports.  Additionally, assist in creating professional presentations utilizing; powerpoint, visio, excel and ER Reporting tools. 
  • Develop, manage and distribute the weekly orientation report, analyze needs based on volume and other factors (e.g. volume phone class) Submit invoices for any orientation expenses and reconcile charges
  • Manage ER Case Mgmt vm’s, distribute vm’s as appropriate. Track and report on vm statistics and trends.
  • Serve as a resource for all regional Orientation contacts, providing assistance with any Orientation-related questions.
  • Work closely with the New Hire Orientation manager on all issues regarding program content and materials.  Field all questions from regions, knowing when to escalate requests and/or problems that arise.
  • Handle basic ER vm’s and distribute complex items as appropriate.


  • This position requires very strong organization skills, attention to detail, analytical and follow through skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the desire/inclination to continue to develop in this area.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.  
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.   
  • Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.  
  • Must be a team player.
