Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Solutions Support Analyst on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Boston, MA. 

Position Description

Ideally we are looking for a candidate who will provide white glove IT support service for for business applications and system hardware and act as a liaison with various organizations within Fidelity.  

Primary Responsibilities:

The solutions support analyst will provide the following support responsibilities to the group.

  • Work along with regional support, legal development teams, legal operations and the legal PMO to implement, troubleshoot, resolve and follow-up on all technology issues
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 support services
  • Provide end user technology training and issue resolution for Legal specific applications
  • Support end users with training of application specific processes and workflow
  • Coordinate and facilitate support for Legal which includes:
    • End user software rollouts and changes
    • PC/device purchase and provisioning
    • User profile and login script management
    • Network and wireless support
    • Mobile support
    • Desktop and video conference support
    • Email/Exchange and Active Directory support
    • File server support
    • Printer support
    • Support special projects and initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience preferred
  • Prior Fidelity experience valued
  • Ability to wear multiple hats while working in a small collaborative team is vital
  • Customer Relationship skills
  • Professional soft skills are a must
  • The ability to work with attorneys to resolve their technical issues in an expedited manner and a friendly attitude
  • The ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize issues as they arise
  • Ability to articulate technical items in laymen’s terms
  • Familiarity with software deployment tools
  • Experience working with remote team members and the ability to be a team player
  • Previous history working in production support for a project or other production type support is a plus
