Veritude is hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA 

The Recruiting Coordinator is a member of our Asset Management Talent Acquisition team, whose primary focus is to provide a best-in-class experience for individuals passionate about beginning or growing their career at Fidelity. You will be the primary point of contact for both student and experienced prospects throughout the recruiting process and ensure all individuals have a paramount experience.


  • Support student recruiting efforts for full time and intern positions
  • Schedule, coordinate and execute the logistics for on-site and on-campus meetings and presentations to ensure a positive experience. Examples of logistics include: travel arrangements, printing collateral, ordering catering and securing audio visual equipment
  • Escort students and interviewers throughout the interview process to ensure meetings are conducted according to schedule
  • Coordinate program events, conferences and student activities as well as maintain inventory of program collateral and student giveaways
  • Participate in ad hoc team projects
  • Schedule, coordinate and execute the logistics for experienced prospect recruiting 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and interviewers during the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience
  • Communicate with new hires prior to their start date to verify the completion of necessary legal documentation


We are seeking individuals who have the following characteristics:

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced business environment
  • Experience managing multiple calendars in Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Event planning knowledge
  • Detail oriented and able to problem solve and work independently
  • Works efficiently in a complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Education and Experience                               

  • Bachelor’s Degree and related experience preferred
