Veritude is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Administrator at Fidelity Investments in Albuquerque, NM 

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Administrator provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition Consultants, primarily during the interview, offer, and on-boarding phases of the recruitment life cycle.  This includes logistical support for candidate interviews and travel, preparation of offer and on-boarding documents, and other administrative support to the Talent Acquisition organization and hiring managers.  The Talent Acquisition Administrator will also assist candidate throughout the interviewing and hiring process to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires to, and transfers within, Fidelity Investments.


  • Performs administrative and logistical functions to support the interview, offer, and on-boarding phases of the recruitment life cycle.
  • Schedules candidate interviews with Talent Acquisition Consultants, hiring managers, and their teams through Microsoft Outlook
  • Books candidate travel arrangements and interview space as needed; manages schedule changes in a timely and efficient manner, with appropriate notification to all parties; submit interview travel reimbursements on behalf of candidates
  • Creates offer letters for internal and external candidates to electronically sign, based on information provided by Talent Acquisition Consultants in the Hiring Management System
  • Completes all on-boarding steps needed in a timely manner, including but not limited to, scheduling fingerprint appointments, initiating the Relocation process, initiating the Visa process, and monitoring the new hire Orientation report
  • Participates in training sessions for process and system improvements
  • Assists in training of new hires to the team

Data Management

  • Enters appropriate candidate data into the eWorkplace Payroll system
  • Ensures all candidate facing documents are electronically signed within the Hiring Management System
  • Captures required information in the Hiring Management System, such as resumes and Corporate IDs
  • Maintains confidentiality compliance surrounding sensitive information

Customer Service

  • Guarantees positive interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the interview, offer, and on-boarding phases
  • Partners with business groups including Talent Acquisition, Security Operations, Background Investigations, and multiple HR groups, to ensure positive candidate experiences
  • Proactively educates Talent Acquisition Consultants on business cycle processes and data impacts, and provides alternative solutions to business requests and issues

Supplemental Support

  • Provides supplemental support that is managed by Talent Acquisition Operations as needed
    • Support could include providing verification of compensation to Talent Acquisition Consultants, covering the TA Ops phone line, replying to general inquiries into the Talent Acquisition Mailbox
  • Assists in ad-hoc projects to meet annual team goals
