Veritude is hiring for Transaction Procesors in Covington, KY at Fidelity Investments

Inbound – CRC Correspondence Role


This position supports all Fidelity business partners with the printing, original document retrieval, privacy review and mailing of In-Good-Order (IGO) and Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) customer correspondence. Processes in scope include, IGO and NIGO Fidelity customer correspondence items.    


Processing correspondence requests by printing, retrieving, updating, validating and mailing of letters, forms, image copies and/or original documents to enable completion of applicable customer transactions. Completing data quality review for all work items, by ensuring compliance with defined business rules, to prevent quality and privacy incidents. Communicating with internal business partners and external Advisors/Correspondents via phone and/or email to resolve issues preventing the accurate and timely fulfillment of requests. Ensuring issue resolution for all items that can not be processed correctly due to insufficient information by properly escalating and/redirecting work items to ensure issue resolution enabling processing completion within defined regulatory guidelines. Ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks by storing daily backup, completing end of day queue review, ordering of material archive supplies, entering time and volume to ensure processing queues are compliant and reporting is accurate


       The CRC associate is responsible for preventing private information from being distributed to inappropriate parties through an internal quality process. They are responsible for ensuring that all monetary items are addressed and escalated to avoid any monetary exposure.

  • Office environment, most work completed on PC, some standing required
