Job Description

We are looking for a Windows Support Specialist at  Fidelity Investments.  This position is based in Boston, MA.

Summary

In this position, you will apply your knowledge and experience supporting PC hardware and software in a large, exciting, and dynamic company.  On a daily basis, you will troubleshoot and resolve PC related issues, and image and deploy PCs and laptops.  Your strong communication and customer service skills will enhance the internal customer's support experience and ensure associate satisfaction is attained. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident management - Provide timely, high quality support to the Boston region's customer base by meeting or exceeding specified incident management SLAs and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Request management - Manage and support customer requests to service levels, achieving customer satisfaction with product or service delivery.  Key requests include:
  • New hardware and/or software installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Support Audio/Visual installations for building
  • Support Fidelity's internal Guru Bar

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 operating system, desktop hardware and software, phone, TCP/IP, LANs, and WLANs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to present technical concepts to customers and team members
